Because many of my beloved blog visitors seem interested in our life here in Peru, I have decided to note things that you might only find in Peru. Whenever we see something like this we say, "ONLY in Peru".
The following are things unique to Peru: For example, YES. Those are hard-boiled eggs on that pizza. Whoops, forgot to ask them to hold the eggs. Who would have thought?! One day LooneyTunes said, "Mommy, you know what the main difference is between the United States and Peru?" "In Peru all the streets are broken." HAHAHAHAHA! It is SOOOOOOOO funny to me that he noticed!
I mean this is seriously funny because it is so true. The streets in our city are constantly under construction. Here is a picture I took today, it is on the main road; the closest you'd get to a freeway! This one needs to be under construction! |

Our street and general neighborhood has been under constant construction since we moved here 3 years ago, and there is no end. It is insane! I think they are replacing the entire sewer system or something. It's never-ending! |
